Who we are
Rehab Call Hub is a performance marketing company focused entirely on addiction treatment. We run a pay-per-call network: publishers generate calls from people looking for drug and alcohol treatment, and those calls are routed to licensed treatment providers who want to receive them.
[Add company background: founding year, headquarters city and state, and leadership names or a short founder story.]
We built the network around a simple idea. When someone finally decides to ask for help, the most useful thing that can happen is a real conversation with a provider who can actually help them. Everything we do, from the rules we set for publishers to the way calls are routed, is meant to make that conversation more likely and more honest.
Why we focus only on addiction treatment
Many call networks work across dozens of industries: insurance, home services, legal, finance and more. Addiction treatment gets one offer among hundreds. We think this field deserves more attention than that.
Addiction treatment is healthcare. The people calling are often scared, exhausted or calling on behalf of someone they love. The industry has a history of deceptive marketing, which led Google and Meta to require certification for addiction treatment ads and Congress to pass the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act in 2018. Working in this space responsibly takes focus, clear rules and constant attention to quality.
By doing one thing, we can build our rules, scripts, routing and relationships around the realities of treatment admissions instead of adapting a generic model.
What we do for treatment centers
For licensed treatment providers, we deliver live inbound calls from people looking for addiction treatment. Facilities choose the states, ZIP codes and payer types they want, along with the hours they can answer and how many calls they can take each day. Every call is recorded and reported with its source, so admissions and marketing teams can see exactly what they're getting.
We work with detox programs, residential and inpatient facilities, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, outpatient clinics and medication programs. You can read more about how buying works on our buy rehab leads page.
What we do for publishers
For publishers, we provide a way to earn from compliant addiction treatment traffic without running a call center or negotiating with individual facilities. Content sites, local SEO operators, media buyers and inbound call centers send calls to our tracking numbers, and we route those calls to licensed buyers across the country.
Publishers get real-time reporting, clear qualification rules in writing, creative review before launch and a publisher manager to work with. Our rehab affiliate program page explains the partnership in detail.
What we stand for
We pay for calls, not patients. Our model compensates marketing calls based on clear, objective criteria. We don't pay or accept payment based on admissions, enrollments or treatment revenue, because federal law prohibits paying for referrals to treatment facilities and because it's the wrong incentive.
Calls go to licensed providers. Treatment centers on our network are reviewed before they receive calls.
Honesty with callers. Callers hear a recording notice and are connected to treatment providers. Our rules prohibit impersonating facilities or government hotlines, promising free treatment or guaranteeing coverage or outcomes.
No incentives for callers. We don't accept traffic that offers callers money, travel, housing or anything else of value to call or enter treatment.
Respect for privacy. Callers share sensitive information. We expect everyone on our network to handle it with care.
Transparency for both sides. Buyers can see where calls come from. Publishers can see how calls are counted. Rules are written down before anyone starts.
What we don't do
It's just as important to be clear about what we don't do.
- We are not a treatment provider, and we don't give medical advice.
- We don't diagnose, recommend a level of care or decide who is eligible for treatment. Those decisions belong with licensed clinicians.
- We aren't affiliated with SAMHSA or any government agency.
- We don't guarantee admissions, revenue, rankings or results of any kind.
